30-60 minute introduction (via phone, skype, or in person) During the consultation we will discuss how ready you are to make a life style change.
Discuss your goals, strengths and weaknesses. We will discuss your current activity level.
Discuss diets you have tried in the past. Length of time the diet was implemented? What about the diet worked for you? What didn’t work for you? Why you stopped the diet? How to incorporate a healthy outlook on food, and how to stick to a healthy eating lifestyle that works for you and delivers results.
Discuss macro nutrients and how to keep track of daily caloric intake through the counting of macros. Breaking Bad Habits Guide

follow up

You have a weekly follow up with Tiana on the phone.

We provide you with a grocery list of foods (each item has its macros listed) to help you make smart choices on your own. This will be sent to you in a PDF along with your macronutrients.
