James’ favorite part of personal training is the fact that he can work with someone 80 years old and help them have a break through; and an hour later, work with a professional athlete and help them hit a personal best on something.

James does his best to get to know whoever he is working with the best he can to help them make the changes they want in their bodies, and reach the goals they set for themselves.
James uses very effective methods with his athletes, and always strives to continue to learn.

Every person is different, and each skill someone performs in the gym James will help them improve with many different methods until it is perfected.

Every type of person is welcome to work with James. Nobody is too overweight, or too out of shape to work with James.
